At the same time, the anime does not justify cruelty, it shows the consequences of choice and the fact that cynicism easily turns into loneliness. An important line is the team that gathers around the hero against his will, and each of these people changes, because next to the scoundrel you have to learn to think and not believe slogans. The bastard hero is a funny, caustic and unexpectedly touching series about the fact that sometimes the savior becomes the one who did not strive to be perfect.
